But what this DID remind me of are comments in other threads about johns largely not getting tried and even if they are it's a misdemeanor. True unless of course there are elements that could bring greater charges.

How about the provider who was busted in Chester County with ultimately the charges being wiped clean after a period of time and service - of course AFTER her name and family connections are published.

Point I'm trying to make is yes the charges may seemingly be minor and maybe go away but the damage is already done with name, picture, and employer published. Take a read of the Phoenix board and you'll see the same point appearing over and over.

Just wanted to clarify, since I haven't lived in Philly for that long (1 year, 2 weeks), but the article says Kensinton and Sedgley Avenues, and I think that is in NE, correct?

Also, about the pics on the web article, the pictures of the "johns" faces were not what I was expecting, seeing as I had my pants down (how embarrassing). :p

I *think* that it's between Northern Liberties and Northeast Philly, but don't ask me, I'm not a native, and I haven't lived there in a long time.  As a silly country boy, I had a hard time figuring out the various sections of Philly -- to me, it was all just Philly.  There are probably vast sections of the city I've never seen, just as there a few areas I've seen but never wish to see again...

Actually, if you've ever taken Amtrak to NYC, I believe the elevated track the train runs on is the very same 'el' over the K.  SEPTA may use that line as well.
