GAGambler is your best contact. With that said, I have been to Central and South America hunting dove/ducks, though I was not "hobbying" at the time, most of the "hunting guides" can hook you up. I was hunting with a very established outfitter and some of these "guides" had been working with them for a long time. Many of the guys had encounters and I never heard of any problems. I would be very wary of un-established "guides" and/or outfitters. I am assuming you are going in a group with an established outfitter. Good luck and stay safe.
