I've been in Virginia Beach, VA this week on business and set up a date with Rhanni (has TER review; her web link included here). Quality providers in this area appear in short supply and most of those I communicated with were unresponsive. Before our date, I got shanghied by my customers and had to cancel with very short notice, voicemail.  Rhanni called me back the next day and offered an alternate time, but my business schedule was full.
