Not seeing a lot of love in Spokane, traveling there on business, was wondering if there are any recommendations?

You can try asking on the Seattle board. Seattle is actually over 4 hours away, so not sure what help you'll get but at leadt it's in the same state and might be better than here on the other cities board. On the other hand even Seattle is slow as far as TER. There are other boards more popular there, but can't be mentioned here.
