I understand that MOST big cities are covered on TER for the discussion board topics and provider reviews, but would it be possible to add even more cities, instead of OTHER cities?  For instance, in Louisiana, add Baton Rouge.  In Missouri, add Kansas City.  In Arkansas, add Little Rock and so forth.  These are mid-major cities and I am sure there will be enough topics of discussions in each regional board, if given the opportunity.
