GABF, to me as a hophead (a craftbeer drinker), is an acronym for Great American Brew Fest, that is held in downtown Denver at the Colorado Convention Center in mid to late September, typically the date falls close to or on the beginning of Octoberfest, as it was this year, 18 September. ]
