Hi all,

I'm going to be in London for a little bit and just starting to do some research.  And I'm not really finding too much on here (forum wise and reviews are pretty slim for what I was expecting).  It seems almost all the sites I've found state the same 150 pounds/hr...anyone know if this is flat or do they usually expect tips over there?  Most things I've researched are agency so that could be it.  I'm used to going with independents in the US so obviously that's basically just flat rate.  

Anyone have any input, experience, guidance?
