For what it's worth I didn't like the Medieval Times show, but still thought it was better than the Pirates show. Food is the pretty much the same set up as Medieval Times. Kids in the 5-12 age range will enjoy themselves though.
I'm not a big fan of cheap flat keg beer served in a 10oz plastic glass, but yes if I remember correctly they have beer. I may be mixing that beer experience up with Medieval Times though. It may be one of those places where it's good to drink before you get there too. I think you should call first or check their web site regarding alcohol.
