Here is my final schedule until next year. For those of you I am unable to accommodate before the end of the year, please submit my screening form before December 31, 2007 and you will still be able to take advantage of my reduced rate into the New Year. Oh, and for those of you I have had the pleasure of meeting in 2007, you are all "grandfathered" in at the reduced rate until the end of 2008!
