I actually jumped on TER today hoping to find an exact ad like this!  I am looking for either my own space or to share a space in the Irvine area with another responsive and safe provider.  

A little about me:

I am 30 years old, have another business besides this on the side that I am hoping to expand in the near future, and have may own private personal life aside this hobby.  

I really only offer massage during the week, Monday - Friday usually about 3 days a week.  So basically, you get someone paying full rent, that will never really be there.  I have a home that I go to at night so I would never be there on the weekends or at night time…. So you basically still get your set up to yourself if this is a shared space opportunity.

If it is a private space, then even better!  

As far as me, I'm super chill, professional. upscale, very respectful and clean.

I previously rented a space from someone else and it worked out perfect, but she is in Laguna and its kinda a trek to get to so am looking for something a little more convenient.
