Depending upon your target audience there are different places to stay in OC.  Anaheim / Garden Grove area for its proximity to Disneyland for convention goers.  Costa Mesa / Irvine / Santa Ana / Tustin area for your airport travelers.  Parking is abundant except around Disneyland.  

Convenient-wise again your target audience should be considered here.  

For scenery, you would need to look into the coastal hotels.  Depending upon your budget there are beach side hotels in Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, and Newport Beach.

Im thinking to visit and this would be my first time ever in the area. I'd like to find a location that is convenient for others to get to. I also would like to enjoy the area. I eat very healthy organic foods, so if there is an area that has lovely scenery, good healthy foods, and convenient for my visitor to park, ect... can you offer me advice please? Thank you so much :-)
