I never really checked my mail much on this until I recently claimed my reviews.

I received a message from - Ncbc4922 - and I don't recall ever seeing him, at least not by just first name alone, but he asked me to vouch for him.  

I was really offended by the thought that some random guy would ask a provider to blindly vouch for him! That's why there is a system in place, so that girls-providers- like myself, know if the guy is legit, respectful, safe and sane, etc..

I replied back to him and asked if I had ever met with him before,but haven't heard back   I really am confused by TER, and have a lot of trouble posting, mainly ads, and pics, but in forums as well as finding the right person to contact on TER for a specific problem.  
Thus, I have brought the topic here, to general discussions.  
Anyone out there have a similar experience? Want to share your feels, thoughts and experience with the white list?

If you have any doubts keep doing what you did and ask the guy for more info. If he does not reply, then you know he is trying to game the system by collecting bogus white lists.

Seems like the OP simply didn't know his TER handle initially.

I have had the experience of being asked to vouch for some one after he has emailed me but not actually seen me. When asked for a vouch or reference, I always ask for his name, phone number, the date and location of our date….this way I can confirm and remember our meeting. Obviously, there are some gentleman that I have seen several times that I remember, or if it is some one that I saw very recently, then I don't need that verification but in general, it is always better to be sure that you are clear on the person's identity and details of the date. This is very important for everyone's safety! If you aren't absolutely certain, please make sure that you can confirm this information!!
