I've spoken with her on the phone before (a couple of my clients used her as a reference) and she's really cool and sweet. Not sure how helpful my opinion is in this case but there you have it.
I thought she was based in Dayton, not Cincy, but I could be wrong.

The girl in question MAY be a nice person. What's that have to do with service? You go right ahead and trust your dates to another female opinion. Like will usually defend like.
