I'm not a newbie; been in TER for a couple of years, racked up 45 reviews so far. This is the first time I've been ripped off.
Back home in Minnesota, I've TOFTT occasionally with new ladies from BP, or ones in TER with only one or two reviews, and they've all turned out fine. A couple are now "superstars" in Minnesota.
But, Toledo's "Diamond" is definitely a different breed!
I know this is not funny but I had to laugh, especially the part where you said she started swearing. I am sorry this happened to you. This is one of the reason BP has such a bad reputation.
I don't get how these ladies can be so bold to carry out these scams. Hopefully, she gets what's coming to her soon.

I have always had the opinion that those who hobby at bargain basement rates are asking to get burned. Whether it be the girl who shows up looking like a nightmare, it being a cash and dash, or some type of rob which includes violence with a handler or something, the lower the rate the less likely it is you will have a good experience.
Anything less than $250 an hour, maybe $200 an hour but that is the low point, and I would be convinced the pics are fake or the performance is not GFE or even FS. $300 is the ideal place for me, you can get a 10 in looks, or close to it (one much hotter than the girl in that pic I might add), and a quality performance for that, in my experience nearly every time.
I guess it is all about quality over quantity. I know some have to hobby on a budget, well I think from the experiances I have read that most hobbyists learn that saving and having a date every 3 weeks to a month is better than seeing someone weekly at a lower rate, the experiances are just night and day from reports I have read.
You get what you pay for in this hobby as in any other business. There is nothing about this hobby that should be equated with a flea market.
Oh yeah and backpage is a place where your standards should be tightened even more. Every once in a while an established well reviewed provider will advertise on there, but those often have ads on several other sites as well, reputable ones. I have never seen a girl who just had a backpage ad going, been tempted but never pulled the trigger. If you go into things antsy about how things are going to go then how do you have a good time?
I always thought the only gents who could see backpage as a good place to have fun are those who for whatever reason like the uncertainty of the meeting, who like some adventure. Sorry to hear you got taken, and glad you wrote the review, but this was one that was not hard to see coming in my opinion.
