No brother, I was talking about the actual paper. There was an article where Cops are using BP to help stop Human Traffic and of course along the way Bust Johns.

oes releasing information like this reduce any claims on entrapment?  It seems counter productive to their operation

The idea is to prevent crime. Releasing such info accomplishes that by scarring off potential clients and prostitutes. It also improves their image in the eye of the public. And if they really are going after human trafficking victims (especially minors), it reduces further abuse for the same reason.
