No, not an agency, and I can vouch the Jade is legit and spectacular.  It's a group of a few different girls in Lorain County that share the same number.  The primary one is Cierra, and occasionally her friends will use the number.  I took a chance on Jade a few days ago and had one of the best experiences yet in this hobby.  As for the BDSM; no clue?
