.for having the filthiest cities in the nation. Cleveland, Cincy, Columbus, Dayton.............my god. Public toilets are more appealing. Clean this shit up!

We have a windy city- everyday morning & night I gotta check my yard due to the wind blowing other ppl's garbage.....If everyone would just do the basics-like remember to close the lid on your trash can or apt. dumpster- I think that would be a big help just to start with. Surprisenly it really would help alot.
But then I've actually seen ppl in parking lots open up their car door &  set their drink on the ground & even dump out their asstrays!!! The person must have seen me walkin over cuz they sped off.  
Even if it isn't your trash-walkin by it, just shows ya don't care
