Haven't heard anything on the news and didn't see anything in todays Dispatch, but from previous reports I've read they do make you take a "John" class in order to have the charges dropped.
I saw on the local news last night a lawyer in Columbus, Ohio had 12 clients charged with solictation. What he went on to say was traveling buisness men were on backpage looking for a straight up message only (HMMMM) and were unaware they were soliciting prostitution. The story went on to say if they go to some class on this type of service and become educated on what they are dealing with the charges will be dismissed.
I was shocked when I logged in that there was not a post already; did I have one to many beers last night?
