Here's the scenario, I assume it's fairly common:
first time with a certain provider.  We chat for awhile, and then she asks "would you like to get more comfortable".  I'm pretty sure she means time's a wasting, I'm comfortable with you, let's move to the bed and take our clothes off.  
Is there anything else I'm missing?  Is she concerned about entrapment and needs to see that I start undressing first?
