Provider Ad Posting Guidelines can be found in the Self-Help Center. Look for the link to the Self-Help Center on the upper right of the message board under the red and white life preserver. It is also at the bottom of the list of quick links on the My TER page. Just click the My TER tab at the top then look to the left of that page.  
   
 I recommend you read all of the Self-Help Center information. Then keep asking questions here on the Newbie board.
