CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHERE OR HOW I CAN GET MY TER ID#???

First of all, turn off the caps key.  Using all caps is considered shouting and bad manners.  If you are a provider, you will be assigned an ID# when you get your first review.  Until then, you do not have one, nor do you have a profile page.  Your first reviewer will establish your profile.
