Your problem is that you have limited options....

Fortunately, I live in an area with hundreds of well reviewed ladies. Over the years, if I ever had any doubts about the legitimacy of a provider, I simply did not see her and moved on to the next lady. If I came across the lady as you outlined above in my area, I prob. would think she was legitmate as she was thorough in her screening, but on the flip side I would be hesitant based on only two reviews ( I prefer multiple reviews). In the end, my hesitancy would have won out and I would have selected another lady.

Based on the fact that you live in an area of limited well reviewed providers, I understand your desire to go through with the session. But the fact that you do have limited options should not cloud your judgement and instinct.  I have learned over the years that going through with an appointment having any doubts (whatever the concerns may be) is not productive. To give an example, I once cancelled an appointment with a very well reviewed (well over 30 reviews) provider because in talking to her before the session she was really evasive about describing her apparent part time job in an office. Ridiculous? Prob, so, but it wasnt worth it to me. I simply moved on to the next lady (but again, I have many more choices than you do).

Only you can really define your level of apprehension. But if you have ANY doubts (even if they may be completely off base) do not go through with the session.

I have scheduled with a provider with only two reviews on TER. However both the reviewers have 12 plus reviews each. The lady has only her own website, with no listing on date check, P411, Eros etc . However she was very cautious in screening and took nearly 4 days to hear back from my refs as it was the holidays and would not schedule till then. I tried contacting the two reviewers, but have not heard from them. To minimize all risks, I have scheduled an outcall. I am not exactly a newbie and have seen about 6 well reviewed providers in the past. Due to paucity of well reviewed providers in my area, I have limited options. I am using an alias just in case this provider is reading this board. I am pretty confident, but just wanted to hear about other's instincts on this too. Thanks .

I would have a certain level of apprehension, but as long as the two reviews are current and your area is not an LE hot spot I would probably go ahead with the appointment.
Normally I would prefer to see a few more reviews then two, but I like a little added adventure from time to time.
Just go with your gut on this one.

and you're not a total newbie.  I'm always nervious on a first meeting but I'd not be unduly so.

Was in a similar situation recently.  There is never 100% certainty, but if you do your homework and try to think objectively about the situation, weighing the facts against your perceived fears, you should come up with an answer to your dilemma.  It seems like you've done your homework and have thought it through - what does your instincts tell you is the correct answer?  Follow that.

BTW, in my case, it turned out positive.  Hopefully it will for you too.

I did some more research and found out that she is active in a different local board in the area. So pretty much no concerns now. Will go ahead and see her.....
