I am GUESSING that you are referring to active Profiles that say:
Ad Website: Report New Website URL
Personal Website: Report New Website URL

If a Provider retires, she might delete all of her ads and she (or others) will ask TER to delete the bad links from her Profile. The Profile remains active but you see "Report New Website."

Some Providers move from location to location (LA to NYC; Chicago to Miami). They will remove their old ad from where ever it was posted (Eros (LA), Tryst (Chicago), ...) and, sometimes, also ask TER to delete it from her Profile. After a break, she might post a NEW ad in her NEW location (Eros (NYC), Tryst (Miami), ...) but NOT update her Profile. She (or others) can ask TER to update her Profile with a current by submitting a Problem Report.

I am guessing that you searched Reviews, found a Profile, but it had no ad.
