Perhaps there was some problem with the credit card.

When I logged on today it seems I have lost my VIP status. Did I  do something wrong? Anyone else have problem?

First, click on Account Manager to view your membership status, which will probably say Basic.  In order to regain VIP, click on the "My TER" tab, and see the drop-down menu on the far right that says "Buy VIP".  Your various subscription and payment options are listed there.  

Paying via credit card will get your VIP membership status back in minutes, while paying via Money Order or posting reviews will take time.  Not sure whether you can use other payment methods such as PayPal, but if you follow the directions I just gave you, you'll surely find out.

Just became VIP on Jan 29th. I did pay for it. This year. I posted a nice review on Sat. Morning so I know that takes a few days. I'm stumped..

When the review gets approved, you'll get fifteen days.  In the meantime, I would contact Admin. to see if there are issues with the CC, or if there's some other glitch.  

Wow today I'm VIP again. No new emails or messages that I can find. Still stumped, but don't care now that my status is back.

Got an email today explaining what had happened. All is good.
