If you know who they have seen

try looking at that providers reviews to see if he has written one, then you can PM him.

Here's an easy way to find him, as long as he's written one review

Start with the blue review box above, than click on search, than you use the drop down window and click "search by reviewer" Like I said, if the gentleman has written reviews and you have his correct ter handle, with the correct spelling you should be able to find him. You probably also need to be a vip memebert

unfortuately, there is no way to tell from the appearance of the member's mailbox or posts or any other contact means to know whether they are ignoring your PM, or never got it.

It's a problem.
