I assume you mean "post a review"? No, you can't.  

I have read reviews before where the girl showed up, didn't look like the ad, took the money, then ran out the door, and that was the review.  So evidently a review like what you are proposing would be allowed.

You can not write a review if the session didn't take place.  There is no reason why you would ever post an ad.  Only providers can do that.

Only providers can post ads. As to reviews, yes you can post a review if you met the lady and decided to leave. TER rules don't allow you to post a review if a meeting didn't take place (i.e. you can't review a NCNS) but as long as a meeting took place (even if you didn't do a full session, and didn't pay her) you can review. Bait and switch reviews are allowed. There are some in the review database, and I would find one and link to it,  if I weren't too busy right now.

I have read many times that you could review a B & S because a meeting took place. I have passed this info along from time to time. A few days ago I posted in a thread on the Atlanta board that a B & S could be reviewed. Someone replied that they had submitted a B & S review and it was rejected. He said TER told him he could not review it.

...you could at least post about it on the appropriate regional board. I also suggest submitting a review and see what TER  says.

Sorry guys, yes I meant a review. I met a girl today that was a B.S. (Bait & Switch/Bull Shit). I was highly HIGHLY disappointed because the reviews on her said she was "extremely Hot" & "Too good to be true"... What a bunch of bullshit. I really hope TER will approve my review to warn other hobbyist before meeting with her.

If she had very good reviews..Hot, to good to be true, you probably came across someone that stole the pictures of a good provider. I have seen that before with a great girl I knew, then she was getting ripped with bad reviews when she was out of town at school. Didn't seem right that her rep was damaged by a ripoff hooker when she always provided top notch service. If you write the review you might think of including that you don't think you saw the real girl but a photo thief.

I think a lot of people don't know this rule (and apparently it is inconsistant anyway, according to xyz's post) but there are definitely b&s reviews in the database! :

Not only did she steal the girls pictures, but her whole ad and name. Just changed the phone number and added incall wich the real girl never did.

No she had a TER ID and the same number I called her at was on her TER page.

No I met her, went into her room....sat on the bed and came to the conclusion she was not worth my money. I think TER should allow people to review as long as you met the person. Nobody should have to waste gas money & $2.75 ATM machine fee's for nothing. Listen, I don't mind a B&S if the girl looks good. Actually I have had 3 or 4 B&S experiences and each time the girl looked better than the girl in the pics so I stayed. But still, I do not appreciate B&S. As far as my experience it was not a "Blurred" out pic, it was a totally different person with absolutely no similarities. Also she has 2 reviews, and advertises her TER ID on her backpage ad. TER really should approve my review to warn others.

I don't know if it's depends on who reads/approves but based on my experience you cannot write a review!

Wouldn't be the first thing they are inconsistant about. Before finding several of those reviews myself, I did get a confirmation from another member who got it straight from admin that it is okay. So maybe it depends which "admin" is responding, and which reviewer is reviewing reviews (say that three times fast)

I've got letters all saying exactly the same thing...no session ..no review.

Make sure to write as much detail as possible and since you did stay for a bit maybe it will count ... Try not to be too negative, using such words as ugly might not be a good idea ... But do be descriptive.
