The k-girl world is kind of in it's own seperate world from the regular hobby world. All the bookers apparently cooperate with each other, but rarely take any outside information as references, so once you are in with a booker, you can basically see any k-girl through other bookers. You are in a catch 22, because the problem is in trying to get your first date. There is a lot of information on the Los Angeles regional board about the K-girls. I suggest you go to the LA board and search, and do a lot of reading there.
I do not suggest you go to the LA board and ask this question, as you will likely get shutdown. Even the k-girl hobbyists protect their world and they are not very newbie friendly. So read up all you can, then be persistant. You probably just need to keep calling bookers and asking them what you need for references and maybe eventually one will let you in.
