what is YMMV when talking about girls.

As others have indicated YMMV stands for your mileage may vary.

What this really means is that can not always count on receiving services, or quality of services, you might expect based on reviews you’ve read.  This has nothing to do with false advertising or poor performance.

Remember, you are not purchasing a hamburger from McDonald’s, where each and every one, no matter where you are, is exactly the same.  You are spending time with a woman, a unique and complex thing.  Added to the complexity is the fact that you are dealing with a specific person at a specific point in time.  Face it, we all have things we enjoy doing, but not each and every hour of the day, or with anyone who happens to e-mail.

So always remember, there are many factors, some her, some you that impact what does and does not happen in your session.  Don’t be disappointed or take it personally, it is just a case of YMMV.
