Sites like photobucket and Googlepics cost nothing to use.

Once that is done, each picture will have a URL that you can then copy and paste into the box for picture URLs that you can find each time you post a comment.

When you then open up your comment, the picture will appear.

You have been given good instructions on the how, but it is very important to also know the why and when.  You can only post photos on specific boards, and at specific times, like on photo theme days, or in an ad.  Understand the rules so you don't get bounced!
