I'm not a true "newbie" but I am new to being a VIP subscriber.  I signed up for paid monthly back on Dec. 21st and lost my VIP access two days ago.  Shouldn't it have been good through the 21st of January?  And shouldn't it have automatically renewed?

so your last day of the month would be the 20th of the next month, is my guess.  I thought monthly VIP was automatic recurring.  You'll have to ask admin.  Use the contact us button.

recurring. I pay monthly. My credit card is charged on the same day each month.

I was unable to sign on to my credit union all day Friday.  Apparently they were having big server issues and it wouldn't allow my renewal to be processed.  I just re-signed back up so I'm good to go.
