Am I allowed to review someone twice that I saw twice? If so, does that replace the old one, or does TER treat it as a new review? Does the girl also get boosted to the top of the list again on new reviews?
Yes, if you recently saw the lady a second time, you can write a second review, but you do not get credit for an additional 15 days as a VIP. Yes, the second review does replace the old one. I've seen reviews that mention prior visits, so if you want to mention something that happened in your first encounter but not the second, you can probably get it in. I think that the second review will show up at the top of the new-reviews list, but I'm not sure of that. For TER's guidelines on second reviews, see item #8 on the page linked below.
