Better to simply say that you want to meet up at a certain time and place and the most you should make mention of rates would be to ask if the information on her site or ad concerning her donation is accurate

Just go with the assumption that the rate on her website (first) or current ad (second) is the correct donation and don't bother asking (at least not until after you are screened and can ask if it is OK to ask)
It's not uncommon for a website to be waaay not-current - in fact it could be a zombie "free" site that the provider can neither update nor get rid of.
