When you mention finding one for "a few drinks with and relax" I hope you realize that you will be paying them for all the time they spend with you - even if some of it is just to have drinks and talk.
Again, since time is money, few will want to chat back and forth much unless you are willing to commit to a date. If you come across as a "time-waster" they will ignore you.
TER does have several systems for communicating. There is a "chat" room; very rarely it seems that there are any people on it these days. You can also click on "reviews" tab and you will see "Chat with a provider"; these are ladies that are online and have not blocked their online status - you can try chatting "live" with one from your area if there is one and if she chooses to respond to you.
The third method is what all VIP members use - the Private Message (PM) system: TER's internal email system.
First, you need to buy TER VIP membership to be able to use PM and also have full access to read all the ladies' profiles and reviews.
Next, visit your local discussion board (NY, also check out NJ) also check out their local Ad boards. You will notice that some ladies are more active in the discussions and the ads. You may get a better chance of a response from them since they check their PMs more often, etc. Cross ref. their TER handles with their Stage names. Often their TER handle is very different from the Stage name on their profile.
Become more active on your local board so your name gets recognized. Since you haven't written any reviews yet some ladies may be wary about responding to you. If you come across a great post by a lady you might be interested in you can try to PM her from her posting telling her you like her comments, or you agree/disagree, etc. and she may respond. Just don't be too wordy or come across as a "time-waster. Hopefully you are already verified on P411/Date-check and then you can provide her with your screening info via PM to book a date.
