When you do you then get the URL for the photo and copy and paste that into the slot below for pictures.

You must do that first.

I recommend imagecoast.com, you sign up and upload the picture there. Then you click on that picture and you see the link, copy the link and post it where it says picture URL and the picture will show up in your thread.

If your pictures are on your own personal site, and not an ad site like eros (i don't think you can use these, but could be wrong), you click on the picture, and highlight the website that appears in your browser once you've clicked.  copy that URL, and paste it where it asks for the URL. Hopefully that helps!
