I'm having a first date with a Lady as soon as she gets a medical problem taken care of.We have a Date before that,just for lunch.Would that be considered on or off the clock.Or,should I just ask her up front.We haven't met face to face yet.Lots of e-mails & phone chats. Thanks to all

she has specifically said NO it is not on the clock in one of her e-mails/conversations/or from info on her website.  The quicker you understand this is a business to the ladies, the better off you will be in navigating the waters of this hobby.

Just to be safe, I'd assume she's on the clock unless she says otherwise.  Every lady is different in regards to her time.  You probably don't want to upset her or else there may not be another meeting in the future.
