In order for someone to review you, you must have a website or an ad on a site that doesn't compete with TER. Also they must have an account here to review you.
Once your your review page is created and you locate it, you have to contact the site and have your reviews linked to your username (Eselle). I'm not sure what city you're based in, but be sure to check out your regional boards (if you have one) and say hello. that you should read the self help manual. You can find it at the top right of the page under the life preserver. The ad posting guidelines which he linked for you can be found in there, along with lots of other good helpful information. Also take some time to read back a bunch of pages on this newbie board. You can also use search to look up specific topics, and come back to ask more newbie questions if you have them.
