There is a provider in my area that I really want to see.  The problem is there is not one review on her.  I usually like to check reviews before I see a provider if I'm not dealing with an agency but this lady is really hot and my type.  I know I could TOFTT but I just want to make sure it's not LE or switch and bail.  Does anyone have any advice or any red flags I can look for.  Oh yeah and she won't do an outcall

If not, pass. Do YOU have references or a P411 account? If so, you should have no problem passing screening with a well reviewed provider. I would not do an outcall either for a first timer, but I have 5 years of reviews.

Would be to say "don't do it and stick to reviewed ladies."
However if your mind is set on it, there are some things you can do to reduce risk (Notice I didn't say "eliminate").
First of all there are other review sites besides TER. They can't be mentioned here but you can check them out for reviews too. It is possible she has reviews elsewhere. Has her ad been running a while or did it just pop up? If it is an LE sting they would not normally run the same ad for very long. Does she have ads elsewhere? Or just one site? Is she on p411 or date-check?

Use google to search her phone number, name, email address, and anything from the ad that you can search. Use google image search and tineye to check if the pics are stolen from some model site, porn star etc.

If you proceed past the above, Is she in at least a 2 star hotel and not a motel with doors facing the parking lot. Any shady characters around? Does her room have a door to an adjoining room.

Use your spidey sense. If anything does not feel right at any time during the process, bale out.

You may just have to wait it out babe. You can offer "review specials" so that you can get some notice, but make sure you only offer them to established hobbyists, that you can actually verify. You will get a ton of cheap, no names, haggling if you don't specify "Established Hobbyists." Also, be clear that you are not asking for a Positive review unless, he really means it, or those reviews will be worthless. You only need 2 or 3, and then you can go back up to your regular rate. Um she's a provider London

For a provider to get on, she needs either reviews or a vouch from another p411 provider or vouch from a p411 client

This is not match dot com.  You're not going to marry her, just hoping to spend some pleasant time with her.  If she's legit, she'll get reviews.  In the meantime, see some well reviewed ladies.  See how the game is played.  When you have some experience, circle back & see if she's still interesting to you & if everything checks out, you can book with her but the experience you'll have by then will help avoid unpleasant experiences.
