In direct answer to your question, P411 is an excellent service and I think you can rely on any provider listed there being genuine. But with so many well-reviewed ladies out there, why would you take a chance on one without reviews? LE concerns aside, you have no way of knowing if her pictures are accurate or if she offers what you're looking for. Just my opinion.
I am a Newbie and have setup a P411 account for verification. I was doing a search there and came across a provider that I'm interested in seeing, but she has no reviews as it states in her P411 profile (and personal website) that she does not accept them. So she has a P411 account but no reviews and being a Newb I am leery of the no review part. My question is whether P411 screens providers as thoroughly as it screens clients? If a provider has a P411 account is she relatively "safe" to see from a LE perspective? With no reviews, I may be willing to take a chance on bad performance but certainly not willing to take a chance on getting busted. I hope this makes sense and thanks for your help.

P411 has a strict "no fake photo" policy, in addition to a photo policy of no pics that are "10 years old" or "more than 20 lbs ago", & submitting fake pics/mis-represented pics is grounds for being kicked off P411. If she has no reviews anywhere, then she was either recommended by another provider already on P411, or I believe 2 gents who are already on P411. Although, there is still no way to determine what kind of services she offers.

...where you have your own local board (such as the "DC" board) ? If so, I can say that both hobbyists and providers seem understanding if you post an inquisitive message on the lcoal board. Just explain you said above, and ask if anyone has any details
Yes, I am in an area that has a local board and thought about doing what you suggest but then decided to start here as I was not sure of the protocol on that. I figured if she didn't accept reviews then she probably wouldn't want to see or hear about her name being posted on a local message board. Thank you very much for your response, much appreciated.
....I can only speak for the DC Board when I say that nobody ever gets flamed for doing this, I see a few of these posts per week. The important part is the wording - showing that you did your own homework first and couldn;t find an answer.
When someone is clearly just being lazy, they get crucified (hey, it IS Good Friday and all). But you should be fine.
If you are a newbie I would NOT see any provider without reviews. While I do know some very classy ladies who don't allow reviews, if I was a hobbyist I would not see them.
For p411 as provider, all she needs to get screened is 3+ reviews. I think if 2 clients vouch for you they might accept that. I use p411 but I do not see gentlemen without 2+ "okays" from providers. If they don't have those references then I ask for personal info to screen them. JUST because someone is verified on p411 does NOT mean they are 100% safe or legit.
a very credible hobbyist with reviews to vouch for her to get on there. Not every provider who wants a P411 account is given one, so yes, they do look for many things before letting a woman on there.
