Why are there these types of posts.

I see posts where men ask for recommendations of providers who perform specific acts. WTF? is that about? Isn't that what reviews are for? Is that really a good thing to be asking and answering?

Your experienced answers are appreciated.

Laziness, ignorance or looking for the "expert opinion".

IMHO, most of these are harmless but they don't typically get far.  The reviews provide a wealth of information, assuming that you know how to search and are a VIP member.

Either the guys are lazy... or cheap.  I suspect most are the latter.  Sorry, guys need to do their own home work.  Sometimes I've felt someone was trying to beat screening.
I would NEVER give an individual recommendation.  I'm not going to recommend a provider unless I can personally vouch for the guy.  Guys all have different wants anyways.
NO, it's not something for a public forum.

well addressed.

I posted on the NY board asking the ladies to PM me and got a great response.

In fact 2 UTR providers contacted me who I never would have found out about. It wasn't public at all.

I got a great recommendation from an earlier post that really worked out well. Of course the lady screened me, I was just another guy who filled out her web form.

I think it depends on what the question is, yes if they are looking for something that's listed on the profile let them use the search function, but not everything is included in a review.
