I am trying to put a gentleman on the white list. I have received more than one instructions reg. this, but for some reason I am not getting the " submit referral" button at the end. I wonder if maybe a provider has to have more than 5 reviews in order to refer someone? Otherwise I cannot figure it out

These are the steps I have done so far:

" I found the button called " REVIEWS" Clicked on it, dropped the "search,

window, clicked on search white list, I put the handle in and I

found him...but on that page there is no button that would allow me to

submit a referral". All the providers I asked think I am nutts, because on their page the "submit referral" button is clearly visible

You must be registered as a provider with her account linked to her reviews to whit list someone. How to do that is also covered in the self help center located at the top of every discussion board.
