I'm kinda new to TER, and I have one "White List Referral" listed under my profile by a provider I had the pleasure of meeting a few months ago. But I've met quite a few others here & have written reviews for them as well. In P411 I know how I can get okayed but here I don't know how a provider can become my white list referral. Do I just ask them through a pm and they know how to do it? I asked one provider and she was clueless... Thanks in advance.

Some don't do it, and some do.  If you have seen her recently, use her preferred method of contact and ask her if she would give you the WL referral.  How to do it is explained in the self help center.  Some have troubles doing it, but it's really not difficult, the instructions are pretty good.
