I've read about a TER White List on several posts. How do you see if you are on it? How does a provider put you on it? Do you just need to provide your handle to her?

Providers who have white listed you will be displayed.  Yes, she will need to know your handle.  As for how she does this, I'll defer to the ladies...

When ever I have a new review written for me, IPM the reviewer and ask for personal information so that I can confirm that I have seen this client. Once I do that I go to the clients page of reviews and click on "submit a referral" at the bottom of his reviews. After I submit the referral then my white listing shows up at the bottom of his page of reviews.

I only whitelist clients who have written me a review.

When I check for white listings to use as a reference, that's where I go. I go to the clients page of reviews and the white listings are listed below the reviews.

When I first started using TER, Clients would ask for me to white list them and I was unable to. I had to contact TER and ask for permission to be able to white list clients. They had to enable that capability for me. So if you see a lady who says she can't white list, you might recommend for her to contact TER so she can have the ability to whitelist.
