You Should be very, very concerned.  Go to the doctor and get tested for every STD on the books.  Make sure the doctor knows you were seeing a provider who gave uncovered full service.  Seeing a provider uncovered is a bad idea.

1. DO you know each other real well? some times they would do that with only a guy they know still high risk. DID she have a second birth controll if so you she does want you to get pregnet if you fell you as a friend.

2.did you she have you take a STD test and you show hers there are very few that specalize in this. I if this is the case the rick a medium it could be lower with a cover but the chances are lower than the first time with a SO.

I have seen her a couple of times before, and since she is very much reputable provider I thought that was the service she is providing for selective clients.

Okay, here is the real deal:

1) Uncovered vaginal sex is actually low risk on a one time encounter. People that develop HIV from vaginal sex almost always do so after numerous exposures. It is difficult (for obvious reasons) to determine the exact risk from vaginal exposure, however numerous studies have placed it in the 1:1000 to the 1:10000.
2) Uncovered anal sex is extremely dangerous and may be in the area of 1:30 to 1:150.
3) It is much harder for a female to male transmission than male to female (think about where the fluids go).

Should you see your doctor? I would say yes, but you don't have to run there. It takes a 6 month post exposure HIV test to rule out HIV infection, although 90% of people will seroconvert within 3 months so you can get one then if the wait is too long.

Remember, ANY sexual encounter presents a risk to the people involved. Reputable sexual workers are probably far down on the risk category because they regularly use condoms. Compare that to Maxim's survey of college girls that have 65% not using a condom on a one night stand.

Bottom line (from a truth standpoint, and not a politically correct standpoint), I wouldn't worry that much about it (from a sexual disease standpoint, not from a pregnancy standpoint, thats a different discussion). Just don't make it a regular occurance

I am very sorry.  I did not mean to imply that all providers were dirty, far from it.  I was merely saying that if a girl gives uncovered full service to one guy, there is a fair chance that she has given it to another guy.  this guy doesn't know who else she has seen, and i was merely suggesting he play it safe.  I for one wear a condom every time, both in the hobby and out of it.  Again, i'm terribly sorry to have offended you

Were you thinking having uncovered fs? I know providers who have diseases and their clients perform oral sex and uncovered fs with them. She doesn't treat herself and doesn't care that she has a disease. She just wants money for her boyfriend and drugs. You are crazy. Get tested immediately and don't ever do that again.
