You need to claim your reviews by pressing the Link to this review button from your profile! Once that is done, you can start the problem report process.
One Caveat. It seems to work better if you are VERY concise about what you want to change on your profile, and if you limit the changes to one or two per problem report.

So I just joined the site but have had reviews on here since 2004. I have new pictures, a new site, a new number and a new e-mail. I would love to update my information but I don't seem to get it. I saw in my account settings where you can modify those items but how do I link up this user name to my reviews. Any help?
