To answer your questions, yes, you can and should list the donation.
Either that or direct them to your website or an ad link where they can find the donation.

You can list abbreviations if you like.
Referring them to your reviews is probably a better idea.

and the advice from Businesses, it is always good to look through several of the other lady's ads.  You will see many different styles.  Some post a 'story' about themselves, some post just the facts, and everything inbetween.  Find a style that feels right for you and follow that example.  The way you write an ad says a lot about you.  You don't have to include all the "juciy details" as they say.  You can refer us to your web site and your reviews for that.  IMO, be clear about your location (city) and availability (days/times), and rates.  Also, it doesn't hurt to incicate how you prefer to be contacted, email, PM, through P411, or whatever.

As for what might get you censored, as you put it... it is pretty simple - not following the guidelines!

Personally, I'd love it if you listed exactly what you offer (DFK, DATY, BBBJ, etc etc) but you don't see that very much - usually that stuff comes in the reviews. But girls often do use euphemisms, or hint at things like "trips to the isles" if they offer greek, or just saying "I love to kiss".
