First, I think it was unwise to give a provider you know almost nothing about personal info such as name and workplace.  My personal preference is to not give that kind of Info to any provider (instead use P411 and/or references), but I know some hobbyists are ok doing that.  But giving it to a provider with no review history etc. is risky IMO.
As for the provider's lack of reviews, either she has a misunderstanding about how reviews work here, or she's trying to mislead you.  Reviews don't disappear just because the authors aren't "high volume users."  They stay unless they're removed due to not meeting TER guidelines (including being fake).  Even if the author is no longer active or a member, or wants his/her ID erased, my understanding is the reviews stay (possibly with the user ID changed to some meaningless alphanumeric text).
If the verification site you mentioned is good enough for you, ok, but it's had some "issues" recently so I myself would not depend on it as the sole verification of the provider.  And anyone can have a website and Twitter account.  They tell you nothing about the provider's validity or quality of service.  
If it were me, I'd pass.  Lots of great, well-reviewed providers out there to choose from, and also on P411 which while not perfect I've found it very useful.

Hello all, I’m trying to get some opinions on a current situation. I enquired to an individual about their services and they did the usual screening for myself,  I.e. name, place I work, phone number etc. she wanted a deposit of $100 through either square cash or rocket to protect her in case I bailed. She also said she would wave the deposit if I had a referral from an escort. I gave her the contact info for the other escort and she verified it wasnt my first time etc. Now my only concern is she has no reviews or anything of that nature I can find. She states that she is low volume and newer over the past couple of months. She also states that clients have posted reviews on here but because they’re not high volume users so they’re reviews don’t stay on here? When asked if she had any alternatives for me to verify her, she told me she  has an active website and twitter account. I’m weary to meet her because of this and wanted some opinions on the matter!

However I got reviews within the first couple weeks. I didn't ask people for anything other than their alias name, number and a girl or two that could verify them. When I contacted the other girl I told them I was new and verifying a client and they were great about it.

While others seem to struggle for years to "get it right"  

 
This seems to go for both the guys and the girls. I have lost track of the number of posts by guys who can't seem to get a return call or email, or suffers from countless no shows and last minute cancellations while the most of the rest of us almost never run into these problems. The same goes for providers, some of the girls can't seem to get reviews even after a year or more after being here, other like you seem to have no problems at all getting reviews.

 
I honestly believe people create their own luck and it sounds like that is EXACTLY what you have done. I think you are just one of those people who innately "get it" and it's a pleasure to have you here.  The guys in Phoenix should count themselves lucky to have you there.
