I am planning some travel and was told in LA there is no access to this website, but I do not see the USA as a blocked country in the terms agreement on log in.  Can someone list the places that TER is blocked in the USA?

Sorry, I know that was kind of a cheap shot to a serious question, but it was too easy to pass up.

 
Unfortunately the serious answer is the same as my rather flippant answer, TER is blocked everywhere in the United States because of the new FOSTA/SESTA laws. To be able to access TER from anywhere in the US you need to mask your login location by use of TOR or a VPN. The good news is that VPN are free and easy to get and to install. I personally use the Opera browser which has a free VPN,

What Gambler says is accurate.  Unfortunately, even if you disguise your location using TOR or a VPN, TER is of little use in the USA.  There are no USA based providers allowed on the site any longer, and the vast majority of USA based Hobbyists no longer use the site.

What site do they use? Work had me overseas for the past 4 years so I am totally lost on the hobby scene. I could probably Google it but I'm hoping that this site is still a community of sorts

You don't actually need a VPN.  
A simple proxy will do -- like those built in to Epic and Opera browsers.  
VPN gives more security, if you need that.

If your idea of being nice is to agree that I'm a bad dancer.... well, by all means, go right ahead.    

I've been considering doing videos of "Debra, Dancing Badly" so everyone can enjoy (of course, I've been saying that for years so please don't hold your breath) LMAO.
