The people on TER are helpful and, for the most part, give very good advice. For all concerned, I think most would agree it's a safer place to be as well. Good luck and best wishes
Hi. I'm new to the site and am looking to branch out from BP but am having the hardest time due to needing reviews. Can anyone suggest how I can get some reviews. I was thinking to ask clients during sessions but I'm not sure how to approach it.
You're allowed to post a weekly ad on your regional ad board. Good way to introduce yourself to the community. You should also think about introducing yourself on the regional board as well.
Some additional thoughts, if you don't have a website, you should create one. Clients want to know a bit about you, see some photos and what your donations are. There are a number of other ad boards that you should consider marketing yourself on. Depending on what city you are located in, many clients stay away from.
Personally speaking, I've been asked by a few ladies to write a review for them since they didn't have any at the end of our time together. They just asked politely if I would consider it.
I'm sure others, both clients and providers, will share some additional thoughts as well.
Thank you for your suggestions! I'm new to this so i haven't really checked out the regional boards. I plan to do some further exploring now. And I don't currently have a website but I'll definitely be working on that tomorrow. Thanks again for your feedback!
The number of TER (and gals) varies by region. Do you see a lot of activity on your TER regional board or a lot of Reviews for Providers in your region? . Many TER guys avoid BP, especially if there are no reviews to add credibility. In addition to regular TER users, there are TER-aware guys (but not signed up or regular readers) and TER-naive guys (never heard of TER). I'm thinking that most BP users are TER-naive. . It is likely that many of your callers do not know about TER. But it is perfectly OK for you to mention it to them and even ask if they will write a review. I would wait until the end of the session (wait to see if it went well - no need to ask for a bad review!) or even wait until after they leave (assuming they contacted you by email) to thank them for visiting and ask if they will write a review (include links to TER). . You might consider mentioning TER in your BP ad and even offering a TER discount AS LONG AS THERE IS NO QUID PRO QUO. Be sure to put time limits on the discount: "June Special: TER VIPs get $X off on one hour." If you need to keep it going, just add: "July Special: TER VIPs get ..." and once you've got reviews or are comfortable, the promo stops. . Ooops ... gotta go. More suggestions later.

Thank you so much for your feedback I'll definitely look into all of your suggestions! Let me see what I can come up with and I'll get back to you if I have any other questions. I actually found out about TER from a client. I'm hoping to get this ball rolling asap. Thanks again!
If someone claims in email or text or voice to be on TER, you must confirm that via TER itself. The easiest way is via PM (Private Message) on TER but you VIP privs for that. A Poor Man's confirmation would have you tell the claimant to post a message with a "secret code" from their TER account. E.g., in email "I posted a new ad with a pic on the local ad board. Reply from your TER account with "I luke your pics!" with like deliberately misspelled luke." If the emailer can't do that, it is probably someone trying to put one over on you.

...in any reply (as long as it's not BP or any other review site) in this thread, or any other thread on any TER discussion board. It's a subtle form of advertising, but it's allowed.
I'm in the same boat. It's a process. This is my second time around. I'm starting fresh but once you get one review the reviews will start rolling in. Be patient.
