I don't have references, obviously.

My information is easy to verify on my employer's website.  

Is that good enough for escorts to feel safe to meet me?

You can give them your information and then find someone you are interested there that is newby friendly.
Said provider may still ask for some personal information butit is a start.
One or two OKs there and you are of and running.
New providers complain they do not get reviews and new clients can not get to see the better providers.

Ok ok.....even though I was mostly kidding, that may have been a tad harsh.  If so, I apologize. Truly. 😀
The point I'm trying to make is your attitude may come across that way, even without  saying it.  

In all seriousness, though, if you contact a lady who clearly states requirements that you currently can't/won'tprovide then no matter how respectful or polite your message and tone are, this is what she'll likely read:

Blah blah blah blah blah....... I don't have any references.....blah blah blah......don't have any of the other credentials you require either....blah blah blah....how long can I make you waste your time on me?......blah blah blah blah blah.

So please don't spend your time & energy on the "good" providers who want more for verification than you have to offer.  Doing so might make these ladies decide to NEVER see you, even once you have the necessary references, memberships, etc.

 
But you still can see "good" (solid, reputable) ladies in the meantime! 😀

It might take a lot of looking and homework on your part, and don't expect to be able to see your top choices until you do have references, but eventually you will find someone willing to take a chance on you. Everyone had a first time, after all.

There are plenty of reviewers/clients who will strongly recommend joining P411 or Date-Check to help things along. Neither are very much money in the grand, expensive, scheme of this hobby. Plus, such services provide some assurance regarding the providers as this is a 2-way street.

But I'm not advising you to join any such sites, or divulge any information, if you don't wish to do so. Stick with what's comfortable for you. Sooner or later, it will work out! 😉

Just find a couple of newbie friendly gals who will be references for other gals.  I think that's how most guys get started.

That's pretty much how I did it

I have emailed 3 providers that claim they will verify a newbie with work info. One said get reviews and the other 2 haven't answered. I waited 24 hrs and sent 1 of the emails again and no answer. Both were sent from my work email with the info they needed to verify my job

Im a 63 yo and used to play in the field a number of years ago, but not recently, so trying to start again

that have at least two providers who can vouch for them.

I looked at p411, and it looks like they just verify who I am  based on my employment information.

But I still have no reputation.

As a non-vip on TER, can I still get reviews from ladies to give me some rep?

I should add that it's well known that my job requires government background criminal record check, and anyone who has any criminal history will be denied a license to work my job.  

also FWIW, I can meet them close to their incall place to chat in person so they can get a feel of my good vibes.

Yes, but whether or not it makes sense to you, some providers WILL see P411 Employer-Verified members who don't  yet have any Okays (references).  Perhaps they just don't want to do that step themselves.  I can only speak for myself, but I didn't get into this biz to do HR work lol. 😉
  Now you've lost me lol.  Ladies don't give their clients "reviews" , it is the other way around.  Once you've seen someone, then you can submit a review for her. And no, you do not have to already have VIP to submit a review. 😀

Also, once you've seen a lady who's a TER-member, you can ask her to Whitelist you. That's similar  to a P411 Okay but not all ladies (even all TER-member ladies) will accept them. And no, you don't have to have VIP to get Whitelisted either. 😀

Just start scouring providers' ads/sites for their screening requirements. Some few WILL accept employer-verified newbies, and a very few ladies will even do a meet-and-greet verification.  

Oh, and paying for just one month of VIP here will greatly help you in your general research, and give you a good idea as to whether or not it will be worth it for you going forward. That will also allow you to send/receive PMs with those who can assist you. 😃

...other information you work out with them. Call the 800 number on their web site. Whether you have a reputation or not some newbie friendly (indicated as such on their P411 profile) ladies on P411 will see you without references or other screening. Some will want additional information. These ladies will then "OK" you on P411. The OK's become your verification. You're good to go from there.  

However as I mentioned above you'll have to pay for P411 as the free 6 month trial is only for mongers that have references that P411 will accept.

Search here on your TER regional ad board for newbie friendly ladies. Contact them, get screened, see them, and use them for references inorder to continue.

If someone is easily verifiable, then I am happy to work with someone who does not have references. I will usually ask that we meet in a public place, for a casual drink, before private time the first time we meet, so your suggestion would be well received by many.  

Then going forward you have at least one reference, even if you don't use any of the screening services. The screening services, are not the only way that ladies check references. We usually send an email, or call to verify. The screening services and TER white list are convenient, but certainly not a necessity.

My apologies for mistakingly forgetting you needs the provider reference for free.
When I signed up it was so easy and painless in the year and a half since Did not remember what I did supply.
What I do now remember that I gave personal information and used two or three ladies that I had seen that were on P411 and in part of a day was on.
I then sent out a couple ofOK requests to the most recent ones and the rest was easy.  
Had a dozen P411'OKs before I ever had a TER handle/

It's been known to happen.  I personally knew multiple ladies who got busted that way in the Chicago area, years ago.  
Now, obviously that's from the provider perspective, and the reason why I won't accept clients who only have employer verification to offer me.  

 
Nothing is foolproof, because even a client who's been screened 8 ways till Sunday might be arrested for something totally unrelated and then flip to save his own ass, allowing LE to use his ID & verification info to set up dates and then Whammo!  
A provider who did all her due diligence winds up arrested.

Then what if she gets turned?  Hands over her client list?  And so on and so forth.

Like I said, nothing is completely foolproof. Not any site or service. None.

The few bucks it costs for VIP is insignificant compared to the what you could loose by setting up a date with someone you haven't researched. Without the ability to read reviews you are more likely to cross paths with a ROB or B&S who will take the money and run or provide you with a subpar experience.
