It's not really up to you to "complete your profile." If you don't have reviews you don't have a TER profile. Your first reviewer creates the profile. Then you can claim it and link it to your username. In any case you can still post photos on the photo boards, ads on the ad boards, and discussion posts on discussion boards. You don't need a profile for that. Good luck.
